Terms of Use and Sale

The foxtcg.com website (“FoxTCG”) is published by BOMEO CONSULTING, a French SAS with a share capital of €7,000, registered with the Créteil Trade Register (RCS) under no. 537 591 521, head office: 97 rue de Paris, 94220 Charenton-le-Pont, France — EU VAT no.: FR01537591521. Publication director: Jordan Linon. Contact: contact@foxtcg.com. FoxTCG is an independent shop, not affiliated with Bandai or Toei Animation; One Piece and One Piece Card Game are trademarks of their respective owners.

FoxTCG sells One Piece Card Game single cards and factory-sealed cases. Unless otherwise stated, cards are Near Mint; condition is checked before shipping. Sealed products are factory-sealed and never opened. Card visuals on the site are placeholder artwork; the delivered card matches the name, code and set shown on the product page.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (French 20% VAT included). Invoices detail the net amount and VAT. Any shipping costs are displayed before checkout. FoxTCG may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price applicable when the order is placed.

Payment is made exclusively online, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the secure Stripe platform — no banking data passes through our servers. An order is final only after full payment.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours from France, with tracking, to France and Europe only. Two carriers are offered at checkout: La Poste (tracked letter or Colissimo depending on weight — indicative delivery: 2–4 working days in France, 3–7 days in Europe) or DHL Express (indicative delivery: 1–2 working days). Shipping costs depend on weight, destination and the chosen carrier; they are shown in the cart before payment. Orders over €200 ship with signature on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Products must be returned complete and in their original condition: cards in their protection, sealed products with the seal intact. An unsealed product cannot be taken back. Return costs are borne by the customer; refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Products are covered by the French statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). FoxTCG's liability shall not exceed the amount of the order concerned. Collectible cards have no guaranteed use value; their market value fluctuates and does not bind FoxTCG.

Statutory notice — Consumers have two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory warranty of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only needs to prove the existence of the defect, not the date it appeared. Under this warranty the consumer may obtain replacement of the goods or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the contract, under the conditions of Articles L217-8 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The statutory warranty of conformity applies independently of any commercial warranty. The consumer may also invoke the warranty against hidden defects within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code and, in that case, choose between cancelling the sale or a price reduction (Article 1644 of the Civil Code).

Data collected (orders, optional customer account, newsletter, contact form, audience measurement) is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available in the site footer, which details purposes, retention periods and recipients. It is never sold or used for advertising. Payments are processed by Stripe. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection: from your customer account (JSON export of your data, account deletion) or by writing to contact@foxtcg.com.

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator to resolve a dispute with FoxTCG amicably, after first contacting us in writing (contact@foxtcg.com) without a satisfactory answer within 60 days. The contact details of the consumer mediator FoxTCG is in the process of joining will be published on this page once membership is confirmed, and are available on request.

You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable solution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you may use the template below (send it by email to contact@foxtcg.com or by post to FoxTCG — BOMEO CONSULTING, 97 rue de Paris, 94220 Charenton-le-Pont, France) — using it is not mandatory, any unambiguous statement is sufficient:

“For the attention of FoxTCG (contact@foxtcg.com) — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product description] — Order no. [reference] received on [date of receipt] — Name of consumer: […] — Address of consumer: […] — Date: […] — Signature (only if this form is notified on paper).”

Reminder: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Article 6 of these terms, sealed products cannot be returned once unsealing would alter their value.
